Very nice!

Hope to see more pictures of these tractors in action!

Is it easy to get it approved for Swiss? Or is it different then Germany with the Tüv for example?

@hooidonk I think it will endet lucky.
I have al papers, and the spareparts and new tyres with the nrw rims are arrived.
The biggest troubble was to find the documents in the netherlands because they aren`t exist. So I made some contact to CNH benelux, they gived me an paper which says when and where this tractor was made and saled. With this paper i went to Bucher Swiss ``new holland switzerland``and they give me the typeapprovment for this tractor.

For the MFK i dont need an smoke test;) and no rollbar because here we need it only for tractors after 1975.

Oh, that sounds like you have made some good progress!
Did you need new tyres and rims, because they have to match the original size?

Hopefully there is no old smoke left in the exhaust.. 😅
An rollbar seems to me to be very welcome on hilly sides. Or should this one be no good enough for the approvement?
Swiss Fiat Farm
@hooidonk when we let on the old tyres the differenz between front and rear doesn t match, so we order new ones with original outer diameter but wider and rear twins. Old size 650/65 r38 and 14.9r28. Original 420/85r38 and 11.2r28 new size is 540/65r38 with 230/95r48twins and 440/65r24.

For the approvment we need only "new" tyres because the rear ones were flat. The dimension is not so important.
The rest we make like this for not killing the awd gearbox

Ah, okay!
The frontwheels looked a little big indeed, but I didn't expect they should mount tyres which doesn't match with the rear ones.

I'm curious to the new looks of the tractor with the new tyres. I think it will look better, not so 'over the top' like these.

It will only run a bit slower, but that will be ignorable.

@hooidonk The approvment is done. We had to make some new metal inserts for the stearing. but now its nice and smooth for driving, id had a bit much play before.Next year i will make some pictures in action.

Congratulations! Good to hear!

Some new inserts aren't a big dissapointment. Did it feel indeed a bit sloppy on the road?

I think approvement is a good thing, it keeps the unsafe vehicles off the road.

I'm looking forward to your pictures, good luck with the tractor!

@hooidonk Yes if you hold the steering wheel, the front wheels began to wiggle at top speed. Now its realy easy to steer, and you can really control the front wheels;😂

Very nice picture, special the 640dt with double rear tyres.
how many hour has the 640dt?

Swiss Fiat Farm
@jafiats Thanks, it has about 7000 hours. We need on every tractor here twin tyres because we work hillside with them. Otherwise they flipped over;)
